Sworn translation of company documents into Polish

Sworn translation of registration documents from English into Polish is needed to establish a branch of an LLC in Poland. The price quoted is per 1 page.

Assistance in opening a branch of an LLC in Poland

We will help you fill out documents for the KRS, register for Polish VAT and VAT-EU, have an accountant, find a virtual office, help you open a bank account in Poland. The service does not include the fee to the KRS in the amount of approximately 600zł.

Apostille service

The service includes ordering registration documents with apostille clause. Included in the price is the shipment of documents to any EU country and the fee of the Wyoming Secretary of State. Documents with an apostille clause are necessary to open a branch of an LLC and a bank account in Poland.

Preparation of operating agreement

The LLC operating agreement is the legal document that governs the operations of the LLC. The Articles of Organization do NOT regulate the operations of the LLC. The operating agreement shows who owns and manages the LLC, how profits are handled and how any problems the LLC may have now or in the future will be resolved.
